The backrest recline action is synchronised (i.e. semi-independent of the seat in a 2:1 synchronised ratio). The recline action has an anti-kick release for safety, and can be locked in any reclined position for additional comfort. The backrest is height-adjustable, and the recline tension control is within easy reach on the side of the seat. The chair has a built-in seat-slide to increase the depth by up to a further 10cm for tall users. The arms are height-adjustable and have comfortable PU armrests for elbow comfort.
