"The PU tread casters arrived on Friday (the day after they were ordered) and the chair arrived today Monday. I am delighted not only with the chair itself but also with the service you have provided.
"Most suppliers, when faced with an enquiry from Northern Ireland (NI), have one of two reactios - either they cannot deliver to NI or they add on a large extra cost for carriage. You responded positively to my enquiry within an hour telling me that there would not be any additional cost for delivery. Since your price was very competitive I was delighted to proceed with the order. (Incidentally I have a quote from a supplier in NI at £100 dearer than your charge.)

I have been using kneeling chairs for over 15 years now and I used to buy the Stokke chairs as they were the only brand available in the beginning. I 'went through' 2 Stokke chairs in 15 years and was always very happy with them. However, this one I just received is less than half the price and a lot easier to adjust in height. It also has wheel which make it more flexible.
