At Chellgrove Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: eBooks) where the item has been downloaded.
At Chellgrove Ltd, we have extended this statutory requirement to 15 days under our Free 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can ask us to collect it back in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of the date you received the item.
Please note that we may not accept returns if you arrange to deliver them to us yourself, especially if you do so without our prior consent.
If we collect the item from you (with your prior agreement), we will not pass the cost of collection onto you and we will not deduct it from your refund. However we may pass on costs of collections that fail because there is no one available at the collection address when the courier calls for the item.
| Cancelling Orders Before Delivery |
Once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services such as gift-wrapping etc.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any explicit priority, express or courier component of the postage charge (e.g. Saturday delivery charges).
