| How To Return an Item to Us |
Please follow the steps below to return an item to us within the Free 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee Period so that we can process your refund efficiently:
IMPORTANT:
You must keep all delivery boxes and wrappings throughout the Free 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee Period so that they will be available to you if you need to return the item to us.
- Contact Chellgrove Ltd by telephone (01733 245 958) or email within 15-days of receiving the item to let us know that you want us to collect it back
- Agree a date on which we are to send a courier to collect the item
- If we delivered the item to you flat-packed or part-assembled, then dis-assemble it back to the state in which it was received. We may send you dis-assembly instructions for some parts, e.g. how to remove the gas-lift from an office chair
- Before the agreed collection date, return all the parts of the item back into their individual wrappings and pack the wrapped parts neatly into the box(es) in which they were delivered to you. Include all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories
- Seal the box(es) securely for their return journey back to us
- We will send a courier to collect the item on the agreed date. It is very important for someone to be available at the collection address to hand the item to our courier on the agreed collection date. (Chellgrove Ltd reserves the right to invoice you for the costs of failed collections)
- We will inform you via email or post when we have processed your refund--this may take up to three weeks.
NOTE:
Chellgrove Ltd cannot accept items you send to us without prior agreement, even if you deliver them to us by hand. The steps above describe a process in which Chellgrove Ltd will collect the item from you and Chellgrove Ltd will bear the cost of collection. We may not refund any costs you incur in delivering an item to us or to our suppliers.
