To correctly choose the upholstery for your furniture, look at the fabric, leather and vinyl colour options that are shown on the detail pages of the chairs you want. If the pictures of the fabrics are not clear enough to help you make a decision, just phone in to ask us to send you samples of the material that interests you. You will receive your fabric samples within 2 working days.
We will also be happy to answer any questions about features of the products over the telephone or by email.
PRODUCT SAMPLES
When you buy more than just a few chairs or other items,
it will not be economical to receive them all and then call us within a few days to take them back because they are unsuitable.
So to help you make the right choice in the first place when you want to buy several items,
we offer a Product Sample Service:
Requesting a Product Sample couldn't be easier:
Just call, tell us what item(s) you are interested in buying
including the quantity you want and when you are likely to place an order,
and then just ask us to send you a sample of the item(s).
We will have a sample made and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
(It could take up to 2-3 weeks for custom-made items.)
We will then leave the sample with you to try for 5 or 10 working days.
Before the end of the 5 or 10 days' trial period,
just call to let us know whether:
a.) You would like to keep the sample,
b.) You would like us to collect the sample and do nothing further, or
c.) You would like us to collect the sample and process an order from you.
If we collect the sample before the end of the 5 or 10 days' trial period,
you will have nothing whatsoever to pay, not even the cost of carriage/shipping.
If we do not hear from you before the end of the trial period, we will invoice you for the sample.
Likewise if you tell us that you would like to keep the sample, we will invoice you for it.
You will then have 15 days from the date of the invoice to pay for the item.
